At Iceriver Outlet, we extend our delivery services to numerous countries in collaboration with renowned international logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, among others, with the aim of satisfying the demands of our customers.

However, it is important to note that there are some exceptions. We do not ship to the following countries or regions: Mainland China, Russia, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Iran, Egypt, Lebanon, Venezuela, Moldova, Cuba, Congo, Nicaragua, Haiti, Zimbabwe, Myanmar and North Korea.

For those countries or regions that present special conditions, such as Russia, we provide additional logistics options once the merchandise reaches customs:

Customers have the option to personally manage customs clearance procedures and collect the merchandise at customs.

After customs clearance, we will assign a local transportation service to take the merchandise to the customer. The shipping cost of this stage will be covered by us, however, any loss of merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers may also choose to hire their own freight forwarder or logistics company to assist with customs clearance and subsequent transportation. In this case, customers will be responsible for shipping costs and any lost merchandise.

For customers located in special countries or regions, our team will contact you before shipping to clarify logistics preferences. We strive to provide the necessary support to ensure safe and timely delivery of products.
